Looking at TOW I saw a Tennessee rifle by ALR member Nate McKenzie. I've seen this gun and its nicely done and priced to sell. This will be a great value for someone looking for a mountain rifle.

I haven't seen the one on TOW but the one on the contemporary makers blog looks nice. I love the overall look and appeal of this gun.

What is tow?
? The only thing I can find is in reference to Tube launched Optically guided Wire missile.
