Pittsburgh Lock dealer letterhead

Rightful liberty is unobstructed action according to our will within limits drawn around us by the equal rights of others. I do not add 'within the limits of the law' because law is often but the tyrant's will, and always so when it violates the rights of the individual.

Wow. Those are some clean and legible receipts?, especially considering the dates. One appears to be dated 1853, and then one towards the end of the Civil War 1864? I have a affinity for old documents, so it's a pleasure to see the letterheads from this lock dealer.

Thank you for the pictures.

There are a fair number of percussion guns from western Pa and surrounding areas that used their branded gunlocks. Nice to see the clear letterhead.
