Pipe axe
«

Been working on this pipe axe for over a month now. I work on it an hour here and an hour there after rifles. I forged the head several years back and finally pulled it out this year and started to work on it. Pounded out a piece of iron for the bowl this week and turned it. It's a screw in bowl. The bands are sterling silver with a pewter mouth piece.

That’s gonna look killer when you get it finished! Can’t wait to see it done!

I can just see that curl popping now. :-) Beautiful work. That metal work is crisp. Best wishes and God Bless, Marc
