Rolfkt, Maybe they are updating their web sight or moving to another service provider. I orderd some parts from them a couple of weeks ago. Called them up on the phone, talked to a very nice gal who called me back quickly to tell me what items she had in stock and what item they were out of stock on. I mentioned that I would wait until all items were available as I wanted to cut down on shipping costs. She went on to say she would only charge me a dollar to mail me the small parts I ordered. I received the parts in about 2 days. The postage was slightly more then a buck, not including the padded envelope. I felt bad that it cost her to ship the item to me. I want them to stay in business. Any way, it was a very great experience. If they continue to treat customers like that they will do great. An added bonus is that they are only one state away from me.

The previous owner and founder of MBS has sold the business. Suzanne Warren-Biccio.
I,ve tried ordering and had some issues.
Don't really know the status from there, but there seems to be some confusion in the transition.

I recently ordered and yesterday I received the order from MBS. I used their website to order and everything went through fine.

I placed an order during the change of ownership, and it understandably was delayed some what. About two weeks ago I placed another order through the webpage, and got it in a few days. I'm happy with their service.

I just tried the web site too. No luck. I did order a few things a couple of weeks ago and got them rather quickly. Must just be a web hosting problem. The new owners are very helpful and easy to deal with.

You guys are right Suzie did sell the company to Ryan, but things should be running smoothly now. The transition took place back in April. As for the webpage I assume he is making some updates and it should be back up shortly. He is very nice to work with and seems to have the shop running smoothly. Suzie is still working with MBS in a designer type roll.

Don,
Yes, you can buy them by the bag of 10 or 25 I believe. Depending on size. Very inexpensive.

I ordered some ramrods and a ramrod drill during the transition. The drill came in a specially routed wooden box that Ryan (the new owner) provided. I spoke with Ryan on the phone over some other issues. He is a nice guy. I was sorry to see Susie sell the business, but it looks like it is in good hands.
