Gunshow tools question

Anyone know who made these or who has them?   They are really handy.  I picked them up at the Gunshow and they have RM on the cutter.

Hard to make out the ends...but look like maybe barrel channel scrapers.

I purchase a set from Dick Miller of Michigan. He advertised them on the CLA site.

The scrapers I purchased from Dick Miller have RM stamped on the scraper blade. Great scrapers!
