Jaeger Plans

I have a set of plans for a jaeger drawn up by a Mr. Dave Raymond. It is very detailed and it states that all dimensions are taken from the original. It is three pages, full size. Copyrighted 1981. Has any one here heard of this man? Although the plans are taken from an original it really doesn't say anything about the builder. On the drawing showing the barrel in plan view the initials I H are drawn on the Barrel. I plan to make a 1/4 inch Baltic Birch pattern of this rifle. It is a Vienna or maybe a Bavarian school rifle sporting a 34 and 3/16th barrel. Any information would be appreciated. Thanks

I thought I was familiar with all of the Jaeger Rifle drawings, but this is one I have not been aware of . I you would care to send a photo, I would be happy to share any observations.
