Barrel inleting in my blank

I have a maple blank that I would like to get inlet for a swamped barrel but don't care to do it myself. I would be willing to buy the barrel from the person that does the inleting if that is necessary. Can anyone recommend somebody in the NC or VA area to do this for me? Thanks!

The closest one I know of is Mark Weader. He’s in McClure, Pa. I had him do a swamped barrel for me and he did a fine job.
