HALLELUHYA! I was starting to work up an anxiety attack. Wayne, you look like you've been working too hard, better take a vacation and rest up. ;)

Say, any of you boys smithies? Or, if not smithies per se, were you otherwise trained in the metallurgic arts before straitened circumstances forced you into a life of aimless wanderin'?

That’s a dandy there.  One to be proud of. It was neat seeing it throughout the entire process.

I keep coming back to look at that beautiful rifle. A real “architecture” gun without the need for ornamentation. Wayne, you got a lovely one there. Hope you’ll make it to CLA in August so we can meet. God bless, Marc

It’s supposed to warm up here tomorrow. Brian says 70 grains of fffg and a .490 ball makes her sing. I might as well try this girl out and let her sing.
Can y’all help me name this gun? Plain gun don’t seem right. I was thinking SOB (Son of Baer Killr).

Good day at the range. I haven’t touched the sights yet. Probably going to solder the front sight a bit. I haven’t touched off a flintlock since November.  All shots were offhand. No rest. 25yds.

Looks like a good start Wayne!  Gotta love it when the sights are on “right outta the box”.  I think she’s gonna be a killer!

How about Coon Killr (I didn't catch the caliber, but I assume it's smaller than .50?).
