Interested in shooting the NMLRA Woodswalk? Free?

I'm going to have the NMLRA Woodswalk ready for the Youth shoot on July 13-14. Since we're working it up, why not use it twice? So if you live close enough, please consider coming to Friendship on the following Saturday, July 20th and shoot the course for free! It's a fun shoot, no prizes planned, but a merchant has already approached me about having some trinkets available.
We'll start about 9:30 or 10 am, and shoot as often as you'd like. So if you want to have some fun, or sharpen your skills, or practice heckling your buddies, then join me at the Woodswalk!

That's Saturday, July 20th. I expect to have 15 or 16 targets set up.

Is this for rifle or smooth bore only? My smoothie is not finished yet, but I am needing to shoot my Rifle barreled gun! I'll check my calendar!

Rifle, smoothbore, pistol, slingshot, all are acceptable. A NMLRA board member has reminded me that use of the ranges are for members use, and I should mention that.

We had 8 shooters, about what i had expected. I got to meet and shoot with Longwalker. My wife shot her first woodswalk and hit one! Now she wants a rifle of her own; a light pretty percussion rifle appropriate for someone 5'0".
If you like hot weather, you missed out.
If you like humidity, you missed out.
If you like swarms of bugs, you missed out.
If you like camaraderie, you missed out.

Thanks for hosting this fun little shoot. I really enjoyed it! Wish I had shot better, but, heck I'll blame it on the sweat in my eyes!
It was great meeting you and your lovely wife and the rest of the shooters. Great time! Let me know if you do this again.
