Who had that post about Lyman kits for sale cheap?

I can't remember who had that post about Lyman kits being on sale somewhere. I thought about getting one, replacing the lock, and seeing what I could come up with from the kit, and building someone a good rifle for cheap.

IMO, the new Lyman kits are pure junk. A friend bought one six months ago, and with the time it took  replacing the breech plug ( factory defect), and the cost of replacing the lock, and then refinishing the breech plug, and barrel, and lock, it was not even close to a good deal.
