Dixon's and a big shout out to Acer (Tom Curran).

Hi Folks,
I decided to put this in the gun building section because I want it to reach those folks that likely attended our demos, seminars, and help sessions. We all owe Tom thanks for organizing and scheduling the ALR facility and the seminars at Dixons.  Of course, we owe Brenda Dixon great thanks for supporting us at the venue but Tom is the guy we all depend on to get the seminars and demos arranged, organized, and supported.  Thank you, Tom, for another fantastic fair. For those who attended our sessions or sat around with us talking guns, thank you for coming and I believe I can speak for Tom, the Erics, John, Rich, Ed, Mitch, my brother Nils, and myself, we absolutely love doing the demos, giving seminars, and being there to help. I think everyone in that group has teaching in their DNA. 
So to you, Tom, and all the other instructors and students I raise a glass and offer our new ALR toast:

I will add my own thanks to all who gave so generously of their time and knowledge to share them with us at Dixon's.  Over two days I attended 7 seminars and learned much in each one.

Thank you all very much! I only got to spend a few short hours there Friday afternoon before heading back south on Saturday. Had a great time and appreciated being able to catch the bits I did. Planning the full weekend next year!

My health and that of my wife prevents me from attending events like Dixon's and the CLA show.  However, I look forward to attending Tom's Engraving Workshop at Canter's Cave, OH starting on the 20th of Sept.  It took some complicated arrangements to pull it off, but I'll be there.  I expect I'll see some other ALR folks there as well.  See y'all soon.
