What were you doing off Stoner creek property? Nice find. I'm thinking NC for sure but I'm sure the pros here will prove me wrong. A lot to like about that gun, file work and all the stuff that's nailed on. The maker must have took one look at that trigger guard and figured it was just fine the way it was with out spending a whole day filing on it to pretty it up.

Dennis I'm not sure but I would guess that the trigger is a hardware store piece although your idea may be spot on. I'll have it at the Knoxville show. I really want to get your, Randall Pierce, and Dana's opinions. I'll bet my friend Wayne Elliott could contribute as well.
