Laurel Mt. 2 coats. Thinkin I'm going to knock the shine off a bit with some steel wool. Just a little.

Laurel Mt. 2 coats. Thinkin I'm going to knock the shine off a bit with some steel wool. Just a little.

Pumice or rotten-stone work better at dulling the sheen than-does steel wool. The wool removes considerable
finish, however it that is your intent (but only 2 coats?) have with it.

What Daryl said about knocking back shine.in my very limited experience, if dulled too much, shine can be added back. As with everything, it is the balance, isn’t it. Again, nice job.

Yes only 2 coats of finish an a coat of sealer. Pumice..... I'll get some and give it a try. I do want it a little less shiney..
