This requires a power point projector an a computer with scanner, and a computer literate helper. My son in my case. Scan your picture into the computer save the file, and hook up the projector. Power everything up and point it at a suitable wall with a piece of poster paper taped fast. By changing the distance from the projector and the wall and focusing adjust the size of the image to known dimensions. As all photographs have some distortion you need to do some educated tweaking. Sometimes it is as simple as a slight adjustment in angle of the projector to the wall. Useing pencil and straight edges draw your profile on the poster paper plus all pertinent details, breech location etc. Enlargeing pictures with a number of known dimensions is a big help for the tweaking process, you can adjust for photography distortions more simply. Then use this profile to help create your rifle plans. BJH
