This and that
« on: March 11, 2020, 04:04:09 AM »
I get bored way too fast. I have so many things I would like to make and not enough time in a day. Here are some of the projects that I am working on right now. I keep putting off trying to build a single set trigger for the pistol but it needs to happen soon because I have another pistol to make. I seen a couple of originals horse mirrors on pintrest and liked how they looked so I made one for a break on guns. I also have a couple of knives and a turnscrew about done. I'm wanting to get a Bowie blade forged out along with an axe or two here in the next couple weeks.

Brian, I think we have a condition called “Adult Attention Deficit Disorder”...I’m the same way, constantly skipping around on different projects. I walk into the shop with intentions of working on my turkey gun, and wind up working on a horn, a bag, some other small accoutrements, household repairs...heck, I might not get this thing done for turkeys this year...🤦🏻‍♂️

Consider me a member. Got 2 gun builds and one repair, 3 horns, 2 bags and various learning stuff going on all at the same time. Throw in stuff for modern shooting and my wife’s honey do list. Good thing I don’t sleep much.

PS:  Same water is right, I'd like to see more of that horse mirror, the carving looks neat. TC

I'm glad I'm not the only one that always seems to have multiple projects in various stages of completion.

B. those are fantastic!

I have too many irons spread out across way too many fires.

Keeps me off the streets I guess.

Dana, I looked at so much stuff and I was trying to cram stuff in really fast. Sorry I don't remember what the horse measure looked like. If you have a photo I might could make it if I can find the right piece of antler.

Here are a few more photo's of the octagon handled knife.

**Sorry Brian, the pistol did not meet forum rules, Dennis.**
