Magnafying Glasses.
« on: March 11, 2020, 03:23:05 AM »

I got a pair of these today and thought would share they are pretty neat for the price
the come with 5 different strength lenses 2 setting light strap and cable to charge. I thought
they would be good for tight spots. although I carve or engrave should work good for that
not a bad price either . heres a link https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07PZ6BB9Z/ref=cm_sw_r_em_api_i_c_LtcAEb4HTFWBA

Adam,
I got a very similar one from Lee Valley but have never been able to make them work very well. I do not know what if any differences there are in the different lens supplied but mine do not seem to remain rigid in the lens holder. Also you are suppose to be able to combine various strengths to get more magnification. The directions that came with mine are typical of products from overseas with little to no useful information for the user. If you have any suggestions on how you have found them to work, they would be appreciated. Thanks.

i have used these glasses and didn't seem to have the problems you are having
the lenses snap in and they can be swiveled up out of the way.
I have good eyes so I had the wife try them she wears glasses she thought they worked ok.
I think they will be handy for anything you need magnification and want mobil instead of a glass on the
the table.  they are made overseas but for the price not bad. you get a 1x 1.5x 2x 2.5x and a 3.5x
