Is anyone familiar with a builder by the name of Sorrentino? I won an auction for a flint jaeger a few weeks ago that arrived yesterday. A very nice gun with no builder's marks that I can find (although I haven't pulled the barrel). The auction listing said the builder may have been from Florida. I believe the parts may be from The Rifle Shoppe; they look similar to what I remember seeing in their catalog.
Never mind! I just checked Track's archives and found some rifles by Al Sorrentino, one of which is the rifle I just received!
