It's that inner diameter where the bidness of patch cutting happens. Maybe use a smaller finger and get on in there.

But it's much improved. Rotating the barrel in your holding hand 1/4 (90 degrees) and hitting it with an even number of strokes with your abrasive hand each time is how you avoid any wonkiness. Wet with oil or water the paper won't load up on ya.

That sharp edge at the end of the land is the major culprit.  It will cut patches.  The groove will too but to a lesser degree.  I found some little sanding sticks with tapered ends in the plastic model dept. at Hobby Lobby.   They work well for rounding that edge and groove without removing a lot of metal.  They wear out fast but there are 6-8 in a pack.

Looks pretty good Todd. I'd try that and see how it works for you Well done.
You could go a bit more, but it is light years ahead of the machine cut muzzle.
After being enlarged, it does look like it should be fine.  Using it will tell the
story.
I suspect if you dropped your charge to 80gr. or 85gr. 2F, you might find it works
with the patches you used before. I'd change the lube, though. The olive oil is
scorching/burning.
