.69 Ball Mold
« on: August 07, 2020, 08:12:10 PM »
Here is a source for .69 Round Ball Molds  (for the Charleville and other Muskets)
Shipping was about 2 weeks from Russia.
I haven't cast any balls yet, but quality seems to be on par with Lyman, Lee and others.

Svarog 12 gauge bullet mold, Round ball .678 (17.2mm) - 2 Cavity

FYI- .690 is .003" smaller than the nominal dia. for 14 bore.  .690 is or was the muzzle diameter of a full choke 12 bore, that being 40 points (.040") of choke smaller than the nominal
bore of a 12 bore, ie: .730. ;)
