Thanks for your comments everyone. As I mentioned this gun is not a copy of any particular gun but it is heavily influenced by the poem gun and also several Becks. All great examples to work from. The carving is kind of a mash up of different elements that I liked and I tried to put them together in a pleasing manner. The stock was a piece of hard stump cut quarter sawn maple which created a few challenges but worked out in the end.
