L&R Hawken DBL Set trigger help

Many (which is more than "Several") years ago I purchased an L&R Hawken double set trigger. (Part #LR-1300) Now, I don't know what happen to the spring screw, spring, adjustment screw but I know I can just order replacement parts.

However, when I look on TOTW I see a two "springs" for this trigger. A "Front Trigger Spring LR-13-FTS", and then a "Trigger Main Spring LR-13-MS".

Now, I thought there was only one spring (the trigger main spring) that came with the double set trigger. My thinking is when not using the set trigger, the front trigger comes in contact with the lock, pull the trigger and get things in motion.

So, do I need both of these springs?  Again, I can't recall two springs on this lock......but that was a long time ago.

Yes. There’s a skinny flat spring (or maybe a wire spring) that keeps tension on the front trigger which helps engage the rear trigger with the front trigger.

Here's a couple of pictures of L & R Hawken trigger sets.  On this trigger set, there are two springs, ie:  the main spring (a short thick spring held to the plate by a 10 x 32 tpi machine screw, and which bears on the hammer trigger, behind the pivot pin)
and secondly, a wire spring that is pinched between the main spring and the trigger plate, and reaches forward pressing on the back side of the forward trigger, forcing it to engage the hook of the hammer trigger when that trigger is pulled rearward, setting the trigger.
The adjustment screw is a 2 x 56 tpi machine screw that passes through the plate and bears against the bottom of the front trigger, moving it forward and away from the rear (hammer) trigger as it is turned in.  This lightens the engagement of the two triggers making for a very light trigger pull.
TOW's catalogue likely has images of this trigger set and of the parts laid out apart.
Hawken trigger guards have a boss on the forward extension of the bow that gets a 1/4" x 28 tpi thread.  It screws into a corresponding hole bored and threaded in the forward part of the trigger plate.  The back end of the trigger guard is held to the plate by a machine screw ( I use #6 x 40 tpi)  These trigger sets do not come with the rear guard attaching screw, nor is the plate drilled or threaded for it.
