PCN TO AIR COVERAGE OF 2009 GUN MAKERS FAIR
 

PCN will air coverage of the 2009 Gun Makers Fair in Kempton during the upcoming Labor Day holiday weekend on Friday, September 4 beginning at 10:00 p.m.  An encore presentation has been scheduled for Monday, September 7 at 9:00 a.m.

 

The event features a variety of demonstrations and seminars concerning muzzleloading, gun building, forging and blacksmithing.

 

The schedule is as follows:

 

Friday, September 4, 2009:
 

10:00 p.m.           Gun Stock Scraping & Burnishing

10:40 p.m.           Rifling of Muzzleloading

10:50 p.m.           The Art of Wire Inlays

11:40 p.m.           Gun Judging

11:50 p.m.           Gun Building: Tradition vs. Contemporary

12:40 a.m.           Cabin Creek Muzzleloading         

12:50 a.m.           Common Problems in Gun Building

1:50 a.m.              National Muzzleloading Rifle Association

1:55 a.m.              Tomahawk Forging

 

DVDs and VHS copies of the 2009 Gun Makers Fair will be made available for purchase beginning on Tuesday, September 8 for $49.95 plus shipping and sales tax.  Just call (866) 726-8433 to place your order.  Please allow 7-10 days for delivery.

This is great! Dixon's on TV!
Maybe more and more people will come to the Fair. I thought it was a good turnout, despite the economy and continual threat of rain. I know I came home with no money.

Chris C can this be viewed through streaming video via the internet? This would be great for those of us on the west coast and our friends up in BC Canada

Jeez starts at 10 P.M Night b/r we head off to shoot for 3 days ::)Well maybe I can stay awake long enough to watch 30 mins or so!!  An ol guy needs his rest ;)

Thanks for posting the schedule Chris.  I saw the PCN camera at several of the seminars on Saturday morning.  I wondered when they would air the segments.
