Interesting design.

How much weight do you think the drawers will hold?

They seem quite sturdy. . The board that has the hole in it for the pivot 3/8in rod is maple and the rest of the tray is cedar to cut the weight down. No noticeable sag in them. I’m guessing 10lbs .ill load one up and see. I put 4 washers between each one to allow for sag.  The whole thing is built on a harbor freight dolly and mostly  maple to add weight

Added a rack to my bench to keep some of the clutter off the deck.

Does Harbor Freight sell more than one size of those dolly's?

Thanks Capgun. The bench is working out very well. I wish I would have done that years ago. All the “ stuff” you see used to be on my big bench. So when I had a honey do I had to clean a corner of the bench off the get the job done..

Harbor freight sells 2 sizes of Dolly’s I think I used the larger one ,and only because you can usually get them cheaper than you can get 4 casters. Also I beveled one end of 2 small boards and drilled a hole in them to drop the 2 casters in for stability.although most of it is made out of maple so it is heavy and reasonably stable on its own. The swing out trays work out well with little sag when loaded. Dan

Thanks Dan, my shop is kinda crowded so was thinking of some thing like your good looking set up for smaller jobs.
