I'm interested in building their Poor Boy Fowler kit. How are they in doing business with? I believe the owner is Jack Garner. Any info would be appreciated.

I always found Jack Garner to be a stand up guy.  I have purchased parts from him for over 30 years.  He was the original owner of the other TVM.
