Who does lock tuning & how do you contact them? I know that L. C. Rice does, but do you contac him through the barrel company?

LC is no longer with the barrel company. The best way to reach him is his cell phone at (828) 593-9492.

Stan Hollenbaugh, maker of the Ditchburn lock, also does lock tuning, repair and restoration of locks.
