Pretty sure it’s a Doc Haddaway.

 Doc Haddaway was a friend who passed away in 1978.I saw him at friendship at the Spring Shoot that year and he asked me to make one of my Ketlands for him so he could make up a "Flint Hawken' but he passed away before I got it ready.
