Question about Pioneer video, CONTEMPORARY KENTUCKY RIFLES.
« on: October 07, 2009, 10:20:14 AM »
I'm thinking of buying "CONTEMPORARY KENTUCKY RIFLES" vol1,2,3 and 4 from Pioneer video.
Has anyone bought these DVDs and what's your impression?
Would they be a good aid for gun builders?

Best regards

i have # 1 2 and 3
they show good close ups of some nice rifles
i think 1 and 2 are a lot better than #3
the music is somewhat annoying..
but all in all its a good production
only flintlocks remain interesting..

I have all four....they're all good....there's something for everybody. I've watched them umpteen times and always see something I've missed before.
