More Trade Fair
« on: October 17, 2009, 06:11:45 PM »
Here are a few more of Doug Pelton's pictures -

Dave Kutcher sharing some gun building advice. Dave teaches a popular class at the Log Cabin on building longrifles from a precarved stock. He also gave a lecture at the trade fair on building a gun from a pre carve.

"the usual suspects" - or in some cases the unusual suspects - From the left, Walt Shifkoski, Mike Lea, Jim Kibler, Ian Pratt, and turned away from the camera probably telling the dog to quit harassing people - Maryellen Pratt. The table was for a raffle to raise money for a "guest speakers" fund, plans are underway for some great presentations , more on that later

ALR's own Marc Tornichio doing a demonstration on forging an East Tennessee style trigger guard. Any of you looking for a good qulity set of forged iron gun hardware for your rifle , look Marc up, he is doing nice work

  A few more pictures ....

One more  - you don't often find good quality chipmunk pelts these days. The guy also has mice for small projects..  Looking forward to next year's trade fair, thanks everybody

Thanks for the pics Ian, I wish I could've made it for both days.  I think everyone involved deserves a pat on the back.  It's turning into a fine event.
