Hey Runar - the top picture, with the steel resting on the green towel - what ae we looking at there?  Must confess that I am not very familiar with your M/1748 Muskett.

The rest of the pictures show your great ease in working with both wood and metal - impressive!

Hi all and thank you Craig Wilcox!Try to explane, photo # 1 thin steelpipe silversolder a thin sheeth to it and photo #2  I cut up the 3 barrelloops  and tin solder to the barrel;) The muskett is Danish/ Norwegian M/1748

OUTSTANDING workmanship.Thank you for such an interesting thread to follow and I am very happy to see I am not the only one with a shop that looks like a salvage yard ;D. What is next on your build list? Pleasing surprises from the North Country would be a good theme for the next one and please keep us in the circle..

Hi Runar, again you have demonstrated your amazing fabrication skills and great " get-er-done " attitude. Wished I could watch you work at it. I have relations that live in Luster, how far is that from you?  :)
