I don’t remember what the drop of the butt is, but it points well even with low sights. I’m gonna switch out the brass front sight for a silver one which is what I usually use. First time to the range she shot well, just some issue with fouling, need to experiment patch thickness and ball size. I would like to build another one with a tapered barrel and get it closer to how the original was. This was the first tapered and flared barrel that I fully inletted, it was some work but not terrible. I’ve usually had the barrel inlet and ram rod done by others and only do those things on builds with straight barrels.
