looking for sources of a small scraper

A friend gave me two of these a few years ago and I have found them extremely useful for scraping small intricate spaces. I have asked a few Dentists and they all disclaim it being a dental tool . Any leads on a source would be appreciated. The blade is 0.195 inches wide.

Maybe homemade by some clever person? That tool does not look like something that would be used in any fabrication process that I could tell. It could also have been modified from some other tool. It looks simple enough to make :-\

My guess is it was a  homemade affair from drill rod, heated up  and flattened out, bent to an angle for a negative rake. Can do the same thing with worn Allen wrenches. I mack scrapers from worn out Sawzall blades, work them into just about any shape

The group of these are all identical, precisely ground, suggesting a possible commercial source.

I wonder if it might be a sculpting (clay) or sand casting tool.
