My new powder horn arrived from Tim Crosby today.
Even though I saw pics of the horn before I received it, it blew me away when I opened it up and actually held it.
I have admired Tim's work for a long time.
The details of the horn are top notch. The size, fit, finish, and all the "little" things made up one incredible powder horn.
Tim said the horn was based on an original horn.
If you have never had a chance to see in person and handle a period correct powder horn by Tim, I would suggest you do so. You won't be disappointed. You might even buy one!
