can anyone identify this pointy triggerguard finial?

This is on a 19th century composite flint shot gun with a recycled trigger guard. I'm hoping to find the original donor gun type. Any ideas?  ;D

what size are facebook photos
So, no rear extension. I've seen this on composite guns. I’d guess the guard was off an earlier Dutch or Hudson Valley fowler.

Rich,
Yeah the end was chopped off, the gun is a parts bin special. It doesn't match any Dutch hardware that I am familiar with, but hopefully someone will have an example, it is drilled for swivels. Thanks!
