Phone camera and flintlock

I am in the process of building another flintlock, and have just gotten the lock and trigger inletted and in place . Just for kicks I decided to video the lock function. With my phone camera I since I had never done so before and it looked like it could be fun.  I will not posts the video here,,,,,,but will suggest doing this is educational.
I was pleasantly surprised to see that the phone camera displayed the time at each frame. … This was the real eye opener…….in thousandths of a second it appears.  And you cans see in real time how many sparks are generated, and exactly where they are directed.    I suspect this could be a real help in evaluating ignition problems.

Has to take the cover  off….. it an I phone of some sort .  Got that apple thing on it …….. ( what can I say ?   I’m a Hoosier !   We haven’t had these phones that long!)

Well I kinda sorta maybe understand flintlocks and women but don't claim to know much about gizmoe's so gotta ask.
