This cock is for a Northstar West  chief grade tradegun. I only got the lock.plate cock and frizzen. I wZ informed i Ws going to need to move the tumbler hole in the cock to match things up and increase the throw of the cock. Here is the jig i made this weekend to do that. It needed to be an 1/8" taller. The heating of only the area to be stretched is done then the drawnut tightened. I marked on the jig where it needed to reach to be corect and it worked well.  i may  be able tonn rotate the tumbler hole position with out having to weld up the hole. Just re heat same area and rotate the bolt holding the cock through the tumbler hole. I only need 7 deg of rotation.

Thanks guy's.  I need to chase out the simple border engraving so I put it in vermiculite to cool slowly.

That’s no fair Dave your taking all the guesswork out, I usually use the round end of a crescent wrench
 and it take two or three tries.
