Your rifle has the earlier, full patchbox in typical Vincent style, but not seen nearly as often as their capboxes or rifles with unadorned butts. Nice gun in untouched condition, just like many of us like to see, before so many such guns get "cleaned up."

Shelby , I plan on just doing some  minor restoration on the rifle , the old wood replacement on the forearm will be stabelized , and also the damage an the lock mortice
