Hi all, I just purchased a pre-carved stock from TOW, it is a Joseph Long style and uses a TOW# BP-SPW-19 Butt plate.  Track is out of this item and doesn't plan on re-stocking.  Does anyone have this part??

Brett.

I searched their site, and can't even find a picture of one. I wanted to paw thru my butt plates, but no picture, no pawing. Sorry for your pain.

Hopefully Dave Keck of Knob Mountain Muzzleloading will check in here.   He make an investment cast brass buttplate
for a Driesbach which should work OK on a Joe Long.  I think even the trigger guard for that gun might work for a Joe Long, it's not exactly correct, but is close.......no one out there makes a correct guard for a J. Long..........Don

Brett,  How close are you to Lewisburg?  Fred Miller has lots of odds and ends in his shop when it comes to plates and trigger guards. Never know what your going to find when he starts opening his cabinets.  If your close enough give him a call then take a run over to see him.  No web site, no email.  570-922-1861, evenings before 8:00.

The forearm, and the stock out along the barrel are basically rounded on a Joe Long....no flats.........Don
