The stuff of dreams! The engraving is terrific--and great photos.

Beautiful work Scott. The simplicity of the throat and spout combined with the great engraving and your awesome antique finish really make this one something. Thanks for sharing it with us.

Hey Scott,

Really nice copy of the Abercrombie horn.  You nailed the shape and architecture of the horn and Cathy did a wonderful job with the scrimshaw.

I'm always impressed with the speed that Cathy can engrave a horn. She has to be the quickest person that I know. Great work Scott.

Hey Brian,  hows your weather? Cathys dad says its bad there.  Its warmed up to 9 below here and not much snow on the ground. We dont get much snow here in the valley. The d wind puts it else wheres. Cathy will finish a copy of Mels South Carolina horn today and I will post that for you all to see.

Scott its kinda snotty over here in south east Michigan. Lots of wind and snow then rain and supposed to be back to snow to night. I'm glad we don't see many days below zero. But I hate the cloudy days of winter here.

Or should I say, great job on the engraving Kathy.  Yes Scott you did real good on the horn. ;)  I am always amazed how well Kathy does the drawings/engraving as though they also just done in the 18th century.  A very well done period look.  Love it!!
