Robert this is one seriously cool gun. Finding ways to bring together funky, folky details to create an artistically successful piece can be no small feat and you have definitely pulled it off with this one. Great look, really neat concept, super textures. Everything flows together. Congratulations!

This gun is wicked cool, nothing about it looks artificial or forced, but rather like it was plucked out of history. Thank you for sharing.

Very nice piece. I especially love the buttplate. I was also completely unaware of the history, and always appreciate an opportunity to learn. Thanks for sharing.

I keep coming back and looking at this gun every time I sign in. Such a cool piece. I am sure Gahagan would have commented on it too had he not been killed by bees. Great gun Robert!

Oh yeah yuck it up you two. I was a hair away from going into shock and had to go to the hospital after getting swarmed but yellow jackets. But alias I'm ok now and will live to be stung another day. Robert you now how cool I think this gun came out and I really enjoyed seeing it progress. Great job on this piece and all of your builds.

In my defense, the day we talked when you were in the hospital you had told me you were dead.
