Lock Identification?

Does anyone recognize this lock and know the maker? Marked "London Warranted" on the outside of the plate and "CC&R" on the inside above the main spring.

Yes the gun is a match for there Southern Mt. Rifle with up graded curly maple stock stock in .32 caliber.
