The RM looks like Rich McDonald's touch mark.

Thanks and hopefully some others will chime in. From what I’ve found the JS stands for journeyman smith.

I do believe that you are correct. After having a name to search for I have found a site that sells his knives. His wife apparently makes the sheaths and it does appear to be their work. Thanks again
