Antique 1904 drill press for sale

Hello all. Moderators, I hope this is proper place for this.
I am selling it for a longtime m/l builder brother that just needs to downsize.
 This is mounted to wall,or could be post mounted
Marked in castings as such:
Pat.Date 8-3-1904
2 speeds
automatic feed
if necessary
Made by
Champion Forge
Lancaster,Pa
 It a big guy.

Buyer to remove from his alley accesable ,on level ground,shop
 Probably need a couple husky men.
He wants 500.00 cash and carry!!
Located near Charleston wv

Is it powered by an electric motor or steam ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D? Fascinating relic of old industrial America and should be in the Ford Museum in Dearborn Michigan,

Looks like it belongs in a steam locomotive shop
