A huge piece of luggage
« on: September 13, 2024, 09:25:29 PM »
This is a huge made to order shoulder bag I have affectionately called the "suitcase" during its construction.
The body is about 15"wide and 13.5" tall. The flap brings the width to 18".
It has a gusseted pocket on the front. The interior compartments of the fully gusseted main body consist of a full divider and 2 large internal pockets, all having bound edges. Iron buckles.

Oh my goodness! That is absolutely magnificent!

I bet if you concocted some hifalootin French name and put it to a booteak store they would sell like hotcakes to well-kept women for thousands a copy.

That is stunning work.  It screams quality in a way I don't see elsewhere.  Your years of dedication are showing.  The lines, stitching, finishes, and details are all spot on.  Any English Lord-of-the-Manor would be proud to carry that about on the estate.  Bravo sir.     God Bless,   Marc

James, absolutely gorgeous and my fingers hurt admiring the work involved.
