I have a Virginia style rifle with this stamp on barrel. Any idwas? Barel brand? Builder? Thanks in advance.

Possibly Burgess Cassidy. He was a barrel maker in eastern Kentucky for a few years in the 90s.

There was a handful of guys in Salyersville Ky making that style of gun at about the same time period as when Cassidy was making barrels. Everyone wanted to be Herschel back then.
