Good video. Interesting cooking of that turkey breast. Quite a job.

Pretty cool!!! I think I'll try that cooking method this spring, but using my charcoal fired smoker.

Probably have less dirt and deleterious on the turkey's skin that way. LOL
Getting myself a Bradley Smoker next spring for some of the fish currently in the freezer.

I don't know if yus call it "turking" around yus place but we's turking and deering most a the fall. Some fishing too. ;)

That is a good video. Interesting way to hunt Turkeys. Dogs make hunting much more enjoyable. Good videographer. fairly well edited. Don't understand why he cocked his firelock after he killed the bird. Had it on half cock around camp. All that but I liked watching it. Made me hungry.
