any you guys have an underhammer ?

i have two, a .36 buggy, [sweet shooter]. and just today tried out the .45

wow ! these gun's can shoot !

even so, i have a itch for a flintlock, but untill that faraway day gets here, im pretty happy with these underhammers.

Peabody,
I have a number of them, from offhand rifles to chunk guns and just finished a 12 gauge trap gun.  Built one for the grandson a few years back the can be switched from shotgun to rifle. Great guns, accurate, simple and ambidextrous.

I have an underhammer pistol in .45-caliber. Does that count?

I have an under hammer slug gun. It's real ugly. Strictly a bench rest rifle. It uses a sealed primer ignition.

It's light for a slug gun at 17 pounds.  Ignition is very fast and has never hang fired. Under hammers have lot going for them.  :)

In 1979, I built a .45 cal. underhammer pistol in 24 hours straight work without stopping, including the finish. I made all the parts except for the 10" barrel, which was a chunk of old deep groove 48" twist rifle barrel. Guess that counts as well.  I have the parts around here ------ somewhere?

I have a .54 cal underhammer bench gun, weighs about 25 lbs., and a .40 underhammer pistol

I have "several" from .32 to 7ga.
Rifles and smooth bores.....roundball and slug shooters!
They are far from the pretty lines of a Longrifle, but they are so simple and easy to make.

I have a .45 H&A Heritage model that I bought back in the mid sixties.  We've had many adventures together and it has a special place in my battery.  Extreme accuracy seems to be a characteristic.

I have many!! Most of them in .50 and one 12Ga smooth bore rifle.
Also a couple of pistols with two barrels .50 and 12Ga.
