That one is pretty big for the hobbist, it would do the job tho.  Shipping might get a little expensive if you buy it.

3 phase is not a problem. If you have 240 single phase you can make a roto phase converter for about $25 to $30 this includes the capasitors to balance the phases. The one I built cost about $30 total and I run my large laths and my mills with no problen. The internet is full of diagrams on how to build them -- very simple ;D
