Here's a version of a Southern Mtn bag, horn and accouterments. The bag is a copy of an original, but I altered the flap and dimensions slightly. It is a pretty simple arrangement, but if only after tree rats, how much do we need to carry.
Likewise, the horn is just under 11 inches with a 2 1/4 in diameter base it is light and airtight. The base plug is pine, stained dark then painted colonial red. Then some is worn away to help with the aging. It is attached to the bag like many southern mtn outfits as demonstrated in Jim Webbs book.
The accouterments are also hand made and I did try to keep it simple with the exception being the pan brush. Any comments, questions or areas I need to improve or incorporate?
