Thanks for the comments guys. I used my finest $25 blank to build the rifle. I actually like the wood alot, because it super hard. What little figure that showed up happened after staining with aquafortis.

I saw it at the show. It actually stood out to me. elegant lines and a beautiful finish. A real mountain lady!!
