The New Quaker Hat
« on: June 17, 2010, 02:48:53 AM »
Hello
This is a picture of the Quaker Hat made for Tim Boone. It is %100 fur felt, lined in linen, and  a raw silk band.

Cheers

I told him he has to send the hair along with the hat!!!  Terrific hat eh, Like stephen Hopkins, my avatar and the Quaker top hat that Nathan Boone said Daniel always preferred to wear....Morgan does nice work !!  Just as long as he doesn't put a pink feather on it or something... Quakers were supposed to dress plain in the day you know............

Awesome hat Morgan. You work always looks great, and that one is very cool. I bet Mr. Boone is going to be very happy with it.  Now be a good boy, and go eat your oats...

You are going to have to see what you can come up with to go with my new haversack! Just kidding, I much prefer black, gray, or dark brown for a hat.

Great job!

Jeff

This one's been a real joy to do as it is completely different than anything else that I've done.
I'm going to break out the brown sugar and go dig in to those oats.
Cheers All

Tim,  I thought that you were a highly paid consultant who could make his own schedule. ;)

I used to skip stuff all the time telling people that I had to work when the truth was the I "felt" an obligation to stay and work.  Rarely, was anybody holding a gun to my head.

Yeah well,  there is that too......but just getting my feet on the ground and then we have a whole bunch of new projects coming in July and several big deliverables in early August ....Lexington is a 6 hour drive.....Kempton PA means having to fly to Philly and drive...... Hopefully I can go back to Dixons next year
